5 /5 Matthew Dewan: As a agent it’s always important that you work with a broker that understands the process of working with a buyer and bank to make the process so easy to make a deal go through without any hiccups or stress passed onto a vendor. Mark had the finance approved within 10 days of the buyers due date but had the bank valuation booked within 3 days of the signed contract was emailed to him and with 7 days the vendor had a unconditional letter. Mark would be the best broker I have worked with in my 18 years and moving forward will pass any future clients that do not have a broker, but if they do I will still recommend a 2nd opinion to Mark as he may be able to get not only a quick approval but a better rate than any other broker. Mark thankyou again for making my vendors like so easy as living in there home for 46 years was not the easiest decision to sell but having the quick approval made there excitement a lot quicker to get to enjoy.
