Margo greeted me with such warmth and kindness, instantly putting me at ease. Throughout the facial, Margo was incredible. She didnt just go through the motions, she took the time to explain every step in detail, making sure I understood what was happening with my skin. Not only was she pleasant and friendly, but her knowledge about skincare was genuinely impressive, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making my experience special. She didnt rush through the session, instead ensured that every aspect was done thoroughly and with care. This was my first time at Lovelace, and Im already looking forward to my next appointment!
