Mina was incredibly professional and made the whole experience so relaxing from start to finish. Anna Tao Please be careful before making an appointment here ! I had purchased a Groupon voucher with them and despite explaining my circumstances that my partner had tested positive for COVID the night prior to my appointment, they simply brushed me off and told me to refer to their policy which states that COVID is no longer an unprecedented event and that I should had known that my partner would had tested positive 72 hours prior ! I was forced to forfeit my appointment and they have ceased contact with me. Their lack of compassion and their unwillingness to compromise is appalling. I would highly advise anyone to please reconsider before coming here to save themselves the disappointment and frustration that I had to go through.
