The owner, Steph asks for feedback and really takes it on board to improve their service and continue to craft their already excellent skills. You can tell a lot about a business if you go to them with a problem and they handle it professionally and respectfully. I have had eye treatments from both Steph and Elsa and they were so gentle and no stinging. I also have had a 60 minute massage from Elsa and it was out of this world, never wanted it to end. You can really tell Elsa has a true passion for what she does and it shows in every touch. She is so friendly, calming and creates a relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait to book in for my next because these are the best treatments I’ve ever had.
