Mitchell Liehr Since joining Club Lime Brunswick 6 months ago, I have only had good experiences. Previous gyms I have gone to I have felt self-conscious and not overly comfortable. Here though, the facilities and gym as a whole is clean, the staff are SO friendly and helpful, plus the customers that this gym attracts are all genuine people which is a testament to the culture the staff have encouraged. Not to mention the well kept and excellent variety of equipment. I can’t recommend it more to people I chat to!

salina lee where do i start? this place is amazing, it was my first time and the place was gorgeous. i went with my bsf and we had so much fun for pools i rate it 5 stars. they were so clean and the perfect temperature for a hot day and a cold day. the slide is so fun, im 5’8 and i could still go down it, the water guns we’re fun too, me and my bsf kept shooting each other. now for cleanness not so good. there was random clothes outside and inside, some wrist bands and stains etc. i’d rate cleanness a 3.5 stars. over all 5 stars

Melissa Walker Really great gym, very friendly staff and great timetable options for classes. I love how strength training and compound moves are the focus in classes. Shout out to the owner Derrick who makes all ages and abilities feel welcome.

His music is spot on, I’m usually singing my way through my routine. Thanks Rhys you’re a total legend.

Tee Mckenzie From the first class I was hooked. Hi-Brid has built my knowledge, confidence and strength through its class format and attentive, knowledgeable trainers. There is a strong community energy here. I feel such a sense of belonging as someone who often feels out of place at a gym. It is a very sensory friendly space with low lighting and no smells!! because the high altitude controls the air. The little high you get when you leave the gym and all the oxygen comes rushing back to your brain is just an added bonus.

Ive been coming here for over two years and have made friends, improved my strength and fitness, increased my confidence, and developed a great gym routine. If youre looking for a class-based gym to keep you motivated and not have to think about what exercises to do, this is the gym for you. Theres enough time in each session to focus on technique rather than rushing through multiple exercises. E Parr I moved to Melbourne recently and ASP instantly made me feel like I was at home. As a powerlifter, gyms with good equipment can be hard to find, but there is everything I need (and more) at ASP. The environment is great and the staff are so welcoming and lovely. I would recommend to anyone who is coming to Melbourne.

Their knowledge, energy and passion is evident in every client I see them train from all walks of life.
