Desne Octigan I just had the worst manicure I have ever had. I was there for 2 hours. Firstly the most junior member started to remove the build a gel and shaved them down 3 times and burnt me with the electric nail file. Then another member cut my nails roughly, once again burnt me with the electric filer then walked off without saying a word. Then the most senior member commenced with the build a gel. But left so she could wax someone. She then returned and rushed through the French manicure. I normally have my manicure in Brunswick & Fairfield and Got you Nails & beauty are charging $25 more and not half the quality. The most frustrating part was how rough they were and pushed and shoved rather than using their words.

Helen Triantafillou Kim is very professional. Kim did my eyebrows & she did a fantastic job .I look amazing & I would recommend Kim to everyone .Very gentle & practically pain free. I love Kim. She is sweetheart .
