She took the time to help me find the perfect products for my hair type, and I’ve never been happier with the results! The store has a fantastic selection of high-quality products, and the customer service is top-tier. If you’re looking for expert advice and amazing hair care items, this is the place to go. 1 /5 Samadhi Vithanage: Had poor experience at hairhouse. I wanted a toner done in red color and the staff were not able to deliver it. My whole hair is pitch black right now. They wanted me to come back to do highlights later. They said later on that the red I wanted was impossible , why they could not say it beforehand? I would have planned and come for a different appointment then. They charged me the same amount as well. Very very disappointing and upset about the outcome. The staff were friendly but the service was not recommending at all. I’m sorry.
