5 /5 bitsy: The team at Haorhouse Chirnside are always amazing. Knid, helpful and entirely without judgement. I am greying and the texture of my hair has changed much to my sadness. I spoke with Maria and she recommended a new Pure product and my hair is so smooth and much shinier. Thank you, Maria!

2 /5 Swaveck Kller: Would not honour ambiguous terms and conditions (buy 2 get 1 free) on Shampoo and conditioner to get a free hair oil, however honoured ts and cs on the 10% discount which was for hairhouse just not Chirnside park, same deal at Chemist wharehouse would be 60 dollars for the 3 items no sale. Quite quick and using agressive hand jestures and attitude, both senior ladies Ssturday night 31 may 2025, disapoonting.

5 /5 Pat Parker: I came in today with my hair in such a bad state after seeing a hairdresser elsewhere hoping they could fix the mess that it was in.The staff where very nice and friendly and fitted me in as they were very busy.I had such a beautiful and understanding and very professional young lady named Georgia who absolutely went above and beyond to fix my badly damaged hair.She was so caring and explained everything to me and omg when Georgia had finished with my hair I couldn’t believe the amazing results I was one very very happy customer and now I will be a returning customer.Thanks so much again to the amazing staff and a huge thank you to Georgia ❤️

3 /5 jodie lee: Had a staff member on the Saturday afternoon help me with hair colour. I showed her the colours I needed (3 different ones) from my phone. Staff member took colours from the shelf we went to the counter I paid for item and left, a good interaction overall. When I got home to do my hair that’s when I saw that I had 2 x the same colour. I returned Sunday morning (the next day) with all 3 colours and receipt. I explained the situation to the staff member. Who moved the colours to one side to show and tell me about “the policy” which I wasn’t aware of. (No exchange or refund on colours). The staff member was quite abrupt from the beginning. I explained the situation again and stated that the syaff member had picked the colours off the shelf not myself and I have returned the next day to get the correct one, staff member was rude and repeated herself about the policy. I said I totally understand your policy but I didn’t take items off the shelf your staff member did surely you can swap for the correct colour in this instance. With that she said I’m not going to argue with you I’ll swap it this time. I’ve shopped at hair house for a long time and never had any problems. Reason I’m leaving this review is to let people know to check your items before purchasing if a staff member takes them off the shelf..
