Not recommend because its unprofessional sales gimmicks and hidden agenda not to mention unhelpful staff .

There was a nice girl (I dont know her name, unfortunately) short lady with black hair. She gave me the right products, and when I was stressed, she told me not to worry, and that everything can be fixed when it comes to hair. As she said, I was able to detangle my hair. Thank you for your support.

4 /5 DoveGigi: Halo Farrah Titanium Hair Straightener Warranty I purchased a #Halo Farrah Titanium #Hair Straightener from Hairhouse Warehouse at #Morrabbin #DFO on 5/12/2023, which came with a two-year warranty. Last week, I found that the lock on the hair straightener was broken and I burned my finger. When I called Hairhouse Warehouse, I was told that this is a known issue with the Halo Farrah Titanium Hair Straightener. I was asked to bring the product to the store, which I did. The store manager quickly resolved the issue and gave me a new hair straightener today (20/09/2023). Happy with customer service. Negative: However, the store manager also informed me that the warranty for the new hair straightener would count on the faulty product. I believe that this is unfair, as I should be entitled to a new two-year warranty for the replacement product.
