Kate went above and beyond to answer my concerns as I previously ( 10 years ago) had a reaction and the application by Kate was timely, gentle and I have had no issues with my full volume curl lashes. Thank you Kate you have a customer for life in me. five stars :) PS the bed is so comfortable with a mattress layer that is contoured to your back. Kate has thought of everything to make this a five star experience.
