Lan To Nina at Caroline springs studio and Christina at cairnlea studios are absolutely the sweetest trainers you’ll meet. They make it really comforting to come. It doesn’t feel rushed and instructions are easy to understand. They both make sure to check in when you’re not sure of the instructions which really does help. The environment of both studios is comfortable to attend and I don’t feel like I’m getting judged when I’m doing something wrong. Highly recommend strength studios at BOTH locations.

Daria Sharma Your core will be on fire during Power Core Pilates class and be ready to feel all your muscles next day! My whole body worked out during this dynamic class. Also if you think you can’t sweat at Pilates class please attend one of Abram Fitness Pilates classes with Aman. She is such a great dedicated and motivating trainer and Barm Fitness studio is nice and welcoming.

Parveen Abusalam Love attending the classes, all the instructors are knowledgeable and well-experienced. The atmosphere at the gym is amazing, and everyone is welcoming and very helpful. If the club can improve the womens toilets and put in new seats, will be great.

kareem khattab It is top notch area, combine this gym with the two others gym in the same park. It has a lot of of equipment, you can train your entire body in this area, have a nice walk, there is public toilets nearby and drinking water too.

Jacob Micallef Great gym to train with been there since I was young and can’t ever think of a better place to train and work hard, the trainers all know what it takes and the head trainer is simply elite and can’t be outmatched in knowledge.

Frank Dooks Ive renewed my membership 3 times which speaks volumes about this gym. Has everything I need, very reasonably priced, 24 hours access and staff are friendly. The members are down to earth and humble.
