After only 2 months at Hydra, my fitness, movement and strength have significantly improved thanks to the incredible coaches - they are super knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I honestly have never have never had so much fun training and although challenging, I actually look forward to every session! The Hydra community is also so welcoming and inclusive, there are no judgements, only smiles, kind and encouraging words and plenty of hard work!

CrossFit North Carlton - VIC

Jennifer Pope We visited CrossFit North Carlton twice during our recent trip to Melbourne from Canada, and we were so glad we did! The workouts were challenging in the best way, the coaches were helpful and encouraging, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. As this was our first time visiting a different box while traveling, we weren’t sure what to expect — but we never felt out of place or intimidated. Everyone made us feel comfortable right away. It was an awesome experience, and we’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone visiting the area!

The Mog Champ The Mog Champ sends his regards. First time visiting as a casual boulderer, staff are friendly and so are the guests. Its a great workout for those forearms so expect to the sore in the coming days after visiting especially if you only boulder casually or as a first-timer! Had a good time with friends. Laura has a maturity (& education) that means she fully understand different ages, stages & body tops & doesn’t take a ā€˜one-size fits all’ approach to training. Every session I did was tailored, different and interesting. Laura is also just an awesome, motivating trainer and a nice, decent, highly reliable human.

Jasper Paevere Matt runs a great, well kept gym with quality equipment. There are some excellent personal trainers including Huy who has helped me add heaps of new exercises into my training with his expertise. Highly recommend to help get you in shape or improve your training!

Abisha Srikumar Before joining Jamie Fitness, I didn’t know how to structure my workouts or use weights effectively which stopped me from wanting to go to the gym. With Rubys guidance, my barbell squats increased from 25 to 50 kg, and I improved on the hip thrust machine from 5 to 18.75 kg. I’ve gained so much confidence and feel better equipped to continue my fitness journey. Jamie Fitness made a huge difference in helping me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Nadia KH Its a very big gym with all the equipments you find in any other big centre! The only negative thing i noticed was that there was no AC on the weekend!! And no music!! It was so hot and stuffy inside!!and its wasnt even a hot day outside!

The Gym Melbourne - VIC

ryan c Ive only had good experiences and workouts at The Gym! I started out as a complete beginner and had a free first consult to see which plans would suit me and what my goals were so they could support me. Other than private and semi private trainings, they also offer classes in the mornings and afternoons. 24 hour access is also a bonus as I tend to be a night owl. The trainers Ger, Mitch and Lonnie have all been super friendly and supportive and Im always looking forward to my next session with them. :)
