1 /5 Daniella Grasso: So disappointed. Was really happy the first time I came here her work was absolutely amazing I couldnt fault it the most beautiful nails Ive ever seen. Then I returned a second time, nails lasted only 10 days before they all broke and I hadnt even done anything with them including dishes as I spent most of my time in bed on my holidays being sick from pregnancy. I wasnt complaining I went back to get a new set so in 10 days I had already spent $180. She was running late and still I told her not to stress not to worry not to rush. Unfortunately I was rushed and a few days later my nails started to break because they werent cleaned properly at the back. I went back and she fixed the one that had broken. Then a day later another one had broken again from the excess acrylic at the back. I was blamed saying I pick my nails when I dont as I was showing her all the excess behind the nails. I was told to come right then and there so she could fix them and then in the heat I was thrown to the side pretty much and made to wait an hour and a half because of another client walking in that she had to finish first. This wasnt the case 3 days before when she was running half an hour behind and I was so kind to sit there and chill and tell her please dont stress I understand. But to do this to me was absolutely appalling. I had to walk back inside in that time 3 times because she carelessly rushed me again even after I paid $90 for this set. By the time I was gone I was fed up and a day later what happens ? The remaining had broke. I am so hurt and cant beleive i had to put up with this. Why support someones business when they cant respect the fact that you worked hard for the money youve just given them to do something youve trusted them with.
