The lashes look fabulous, super soft and natural, yet give that perfect dramatic flair. The attention to detail was next-level, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Had been looking around in Melbourne and even Thailand for a reliable beautician for a touchup but never caught one my fancy. Have followed Katie on social media for a year and her reviews have been consistently good. Finally had a free consult with her and her interim designs got me sold immediately! I booked for my service for the very next day. Katie is super accommodating and she will adjust the design until you are satisfied. Best thing is, Katie is Korean so you know you are in the best aesthetic hands. The premise is clean, comfortable and welcoming. As per Katie’s recommendation, I did a combination of microblading and ombre for brows, and refresh of my eyeliner. The lines are extremely precise! I am so happy with the results!!!!! Finally my brows and eyes are balanced because my face is very unsymmetrical. And it didnt hurt like 15 years ago. The technique, technology and chemicals have improved tonnes! Highly recommended for Katie’s services. Go with confidence!

I had my first eyebrow tattoo done over a year ago and I wanted to try out different permanent makeup artist who could help me redefining my eyebrows and to make them look more suitable for me. Booking process with Katie Lash & Brow is pretty easy and simple. On your appointment date, Katie gave me a quick but throughout consultation (no offence to Katie: she doesnt talk much but by just looking at the way she works, you know that you’re in safe hands ^^). She also ensured that I liked the new eyebrow shape first before started. The process was almost painless as Katie is very quick and good with her numbing cream. Even though a very little bit of my old eyebrow tattoo is still there but it doesn’t bother me as I believe Katie did her best and I’m very happy with my new eyebrow s, make me look like a different person ;) Photo on the left is when I just got my new eyebrow tattoo and the photo on the right is day 4 with most of the scabs flaking off.

5 /5 Jessica McCarthy: WOW! Katie you are highly gifted. I had combination/Nano brows and Eyeliner tattooing. I walked away obsessed with them. After healing and touch up, it has just gotten better. Over a year ago I had microblading brows at another beautician. I was never truly happy. After seeing Katie, I now understand how skills can be so different. Katie you are a true professional. I am beyond happy.
