Kylies nails and beauty - Mount Eliza (VIC)

1 /5 Tetley Queen: I came in for a Pedicure on a Monday afternoon. It was very busy but I was shown to a chair and asked to put my feet in to the foot spa. Two other “walk ins” were after me. I sat with my feet in water for an hour. The water went cold. Eventually I was attended to (after people that came in after me) An electric file was used on my toes - I have no nail varnish on my toes but they were filed on top, taking the top layer of nail off. Then, a blade was used on my feet and a cut was made. No sorry - as most of the ladies don’t speak English . Something was put on the cut which literally made me go through the roof it was so painful! A plaster was then applied. The whole time the girls were discussing what had happened and laughing! Have they never heard of Google Translate? At one point one said they should charge more because two of them were working on my foot as an assistant! Tools are not sterilised after use. They are put in to your foot water and dried and put in the tools tray ready for the next person. I watched my tools go on to be used on someone else. I have never left anywhere with my feet in such a painful state. I will NEVER support this local establishment again!

5 /5 Jenelle Fawns: Absolutely love my new nails! All the staff are lovely and attentive. Special mention to Nhan, who did an amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted and took the time and care needed to achieve the result, she really is a nail artist! Would highly reccomend this salon.

1 /5 Simone Clencie: As a local, I’ve been frequently going to Kylies for sometime. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, however the last several times it’s been extremely poor service. Odd shape nails, gel colour which doesn’t cover the entire nail. Quality depends on who does your nails. As one of the most expensive nail salons in Mt Eliza. I would not recommend.
