john masci A beautiful area with a creek and caves. Caves are best left to the experts or organised tours. Thoroughly recommend to get back in touch with nature.

La La Falls Carpark - VIC

wu o (shobon dama) cool walk (literally, probably due to moisture content) one picnic table at the carpark/map board(?) one bench 500m to peak roughly, and one bench to sit at the falls itself (facing towards the falls, nice touch) NO PUBLIC TOILETS according to the sign the closest one is at Warburton Township? i cant remember steep incline for the physically disinclined but overall pleasant nature walk otherwise

O’Shannassy Aqueduct Trail - VIC

Vanessa Michelis This is a fabulous walk in nature with the benefit of an easy trail. Lovely views, fresh air and tranquillity but also close to the beautiful township of Warburton. Currently one of the old bridges between Millgrove and Warburton is closed and the detour does require walking down quite a few steps and up but provides you with a unique view of the amazing bridge structure that you wouldnt notice otherwise. Highly recommend.

Warburton Swing Bridge - VIC

Raj M It is called a swing bridge for a reason. It swings! But before you avoid walking on it, know that it does not swing like a rope bridge, instead you feel slight movement while walking on it. The bridge connects both sides of Yarra and or is a good place for taking some nice photos for your collection.

OShannassy Aqueduct Trail - VIC

Zane Diamond A truly beautiful walking and mountain bike riding trail along the old aqueduct. Tall fern trees, huge old growth Mountain Ash, hundreds of birds and cascading streams...and so quiet in that huge way that old growth forests can be. I walked and rode my mountain bike the route up the mountain via Yuonga Road and entered the trail at the carpark. I followed the trail along for about 7km to Dee Road carpark and then took the steep descent via the well surfaced Dee Road down onto the Lilydale Warburton rail trail back to Warburton. The highlight was the aqueduct...brilliant!

10 Mile Picnic Area - VIC

Peter Lowden Great place to go and explore. We went here during the winter when it was snow season. The family had a great time tobogganing and playing in the snow.
