Mum had recently had surgery and having someone come to the house was a better option. Lan has been coming to help my mum ever since on a regular basis even coming once in hospital while she was there. We have always found Lan to be very friendly, professional and caring but above all someone who really knows her job and really enjoys it. Lan has never rushed mum and is very patient in the process of explaining what she’s doing to keep mum involved. I would highly recommend Lan to anyone needing any service that she can provide.
