1 /5 M D: I don’t usually complain but felt in this case I would. I booked an appointment yet waited over an hour with my feet in water until seen. Appears walk ins and appointments make no difference. The person who attended to me attended to others at the same time, stopping for periods of time between my treatment. The end result was shoddy and I do a better job myself at home. There was no shaping, no massage and poor attention to detail. I have to say watching the other staff I could see that they were good and paying attention to their work and clients. To add, the cotton used to take my nail polish off had blue nail polish already on it. Clearly already used. Also the electric file was clearly used and not changed. Definitely questions hygiene. I think I got the manager. Slightly older than the rest. $51. Save your money. Convenience over quality. No thanks.

5 /5 Leigh Stebbing: Lovely nail salon, the staff are always friendly and do a beautiful job. The vibe of the place is very chill and relaxing, and the place is very clean. They provide many options and choices for colour and designs. They also offer waxing and tinting. I have found their pricing to be very reasonable.

2 /5 Lauren Kelly: The nail tech was grumpy and rude, my nail shape was terrible, they used glow in the dark on my french colour, which i didnt know until that night and I definitely did not request it, and I was still charged the full amount.

3 /5 Shalyn de Groot: My Mother and myself went here Yesterday for a girls day, our nails look beautiful. The female who served us was very friendly and made kind conversation with us. Although, the male worker who served us was rude, unhygienic and rough. He was so rough that he made both my Mother and myself bleed. When finalising my nails he put his finger on my nail and made a mark and just polished over it, by doing this both my pinky nails are quite thick and uneven. Quite disappointing, if coming to this Salon book with the female owner because she was very sweet.
