Have email advising him to still come in for his appointment after asking if it should be rescheduled due to the radiologist no longer accepting walk ins and appointment for xray has been made for a later date. When this information was provided to Megan, it was dismissed immediately and my partner was told no thats wrong, it is walk ins. Actually, Lake Imaging have changed their policy and no longer accept walk ins - the email we have from reception acknowledges that the clinic has not yet been updated with this policy. Megan insinuated it was pointless being there without the xray even though we asked the question and were told to come in for an examination and it would be fine. Have now paid for a consultation in which nothing was done.
Megans attitude and tone were dismissive, rude and patronising.
