1 /5 Megan Simmons: Had a super unfortunate experience where I was pushed to get the new builder gel technique as it would be better for my nails. Paid the full amount and left but later that evening one of the nails broke clean down the middle. Called up the next morning to get it fixed and she said to come back after the weekend had passed. By the time I was meant to go back EVERY single nail had either fully cracked off or split. So one nail broke after a few hours and 10 nails after 48 hours. When I called, I was not offered a replacement at a discounted rate or any sort of apology or solution. I understand as a buisness you have to charge to make money and all that but for my nails to not even last 2 days and then be expected to pay full rate for the replacement is extremely disappointing. I will not be going back :(( Also just an edit - I wasnt doing anything strenuous that would have warranted the nails to break - just normal day-to-day activities that regular nails should withstand. She also did not apologise once or show any sort of sympathy - I was very disappointed as I got them done for an event over the weekend and then they didnt last at all.
