5 /5 Klair Fang: This was my best experience at a nail salon! They were incredibly punctual, which is rare compared to other salons where I’ve often had to wait longer. The nail technician was highly professional, efficient, and skilled. I was impressed with both the quality and speed of the service. Highly recommend! (If the salon can buy desk vacuum will be prefect, but overall it’s clean and tidy)

1 /5 Vanessa Attard: I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Marvellous Nails, and I must express that it was the most disappointing encounter I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The level of customer service and the overall quality were subpar. Each of my nails varied significantly in shape and length. The technician assigned to my nails seemed unresponsive to my concerns; despite my repeated attempts to address the discrepancies in the nail shapes, he continued with his work without acknowledging my requests. Regrettably, I have decided I will not return to this establishment. They look like $5 press on nails from Kmart. Why did I spend $60 for this!

The salon offers a wide range of services, including SNS, acrylic, gel, manicures, pedicures, and various beauty treatments. The team is professional and attentive, ensuring every client feels pampered and valued. The salon maintains a clean and welcoming environment, making it a pleasure to visit. Whether you’re looking for the latest nail trends or classic styles, Marvellous Nails Northland is the place to go. Will always go there and thanks to Annie as well for these beautiful nails !

1 /5 Eshika Rajput: I booked in for a manicure and pedicure with a friend of mine for 8pm today (Thursday). This was an hour before their closing time which was 9pm. Due to the salon being busy at that hour, all the technicians (although there were at least 9-10 of them) looked irritated and were impolite throughout. They acted like they were forced to work there. My nail technician picked up his phone through his AirPods and was talking to his friend telling him that he’s going to finish my nails and leave straight away and chatted over the call for a bit. I find that very disrespectful. My friend and I were the last two customers and there were two technicians rushing the service on my nails. To the extent that one technician who was doing my toes skipped my pedicure and rushed straight to shaping my nails into a square which I didn’t ask for. I wanted a round shape on my toe nails. She rushed with painting nails. And the first technician rushed my finger nails, oiled it and said ‘done’. All these within 30 min. My friend who was there for nail extensions and paint needed extensions on both her toes and finger nails. The technicians didn’t ask but shaped and painted her toes nails very rushingly leaving her no time to object. When my friend said she asked for an extension the technician just replied with a ‘too late now’. But she was charged the full amount anyway. I feel like the manager should stop taking in bookings few hours before closing because his technicians have no motivation or interest at that time. All they want is to go home, Or customers booking in, don’t book a couple of hours before closing. It’s a loss.
