5 /5 Rhi: Mel has done my eyebrows twice and they looked amazing both times! Long lasting, i trusted her to pick the perfect shade for me and she did a great job, my eyebrows have maintained the pigment and the shape is amazing too. She spent over an hour perfecting the shape for me! I see Mel every few weeks for Lash extentions. She will never compromise your lash health, she will only ever use a safe length for your natural lashes to ensure their integrity. I have been seeing Mel for years now and although she is already amazing she continues to expand her knowledge every chance she gets. The environment is always clean and very calming. She always will listen to your wishes and is great to chat with or have a silent appointment with. You will always feel comfortable and safe with Mel, i wouldnt trust anyone but her with my lashes!

5 /5 Brenda C.: I have been having eyelash extensions for over 19 years.. long before they became "fashionable" and Ive had many different beauty therapists do them for me over the years. I have been seeing Mel for the last few years (probably about 4-5 years at a guess). I can honestly say she is the best! I get sooo many compliments. The lashes Mel uses are not only light and easy to wear but voluminous and long lasting. I choose to have the shorter length because I am in my 60s and I want them to look full, but natural.(I have also never had many of my own lashes, even as a younger person). These are perfect! Most of my clients and friends did not even know they were not my own, which is the look I am after. Just over a year ago Mel convinced me to have new brows. She told be about the natural looking Nano hairstroke technique. Being a teen of the 70s I had over plucked mine. I knew they looked a bit small and too short but I had been too scared to try it.. lets face it.. they are on your face for a long while if its not the look you want. I neednt have worried. Mel did a fabulous job.. leaving me wishing I had done them before. People noticed, but couldnt actually work out what was different.. they were just saying that I look so well. Thats because the technique Mel uses looks so natural. She spends a lots of time measuring and making sure the design is perfect for you, and it shows in the end product and in the quality of her work. Mel is also incredibly well priced. She is such a lovely, giving, caring, human being. I sincerely recommend her to anyone wanting either lashes or brows (or both!).
