1 /5 Jason Jee: Absolutely butchered my nails, all cut at different lengths, not even shaped properly. Too busy rushing to get it done as fast as possible. I could do a better job myself. Dont waste your money going here!!!!!!

1 /5 ella harris: After going here for years the lady who had done my nails the last 6 times was so rude when I walked in. She didn’t remember me when I said she had been doing my nails. She was rough with my hands after I said my wrist was sore from work but continued to toss my hands so she could file them. I was talking to the person I was with and she interrupted and argued against what I was privately talking about. They bought the wrong colour out to me 3 times before I got annoyed and said it wasn’t the right colour and she was very passive trying to say it was when it in fact was not and they were out of stock of the colour I wanted. When her next client walked in she was talking to her from across the room while not paying attention to my nails and rushed the end to get to her next client. If she didn’t call me babe 30 times in my 45 minute appointment. They also gave me the wrong change. I am not happy at all.

2 /5 erika: I only come here when my regular place is closed or booked and everytime I come a day later my nails always chip or break especially the shellac I did shellac on my toes and the next day the shellac chipped. Did not even bother to call them back to get it fixed because the materials are low quality and it will just end up chipping The lady’s are wonderfull and kind Bur the quality unfortunately is not up to standard

1 /5 Parmis Balali: I left this salon crying. I went in and I kindley asked the lady that was doing my toes to please do not cut my toe nails short as they were the perfect length. Then she started cutting them but I didn’t realise until i felt it hurting because she was cutting them down SOOO short. I asked them to put on tips to make them longer and they tried to charge me for a mistake they made. I was really nice about the whole situation but when i was telling them how frustrated i was they would just look down and not respond to me. Such poor customer service, and the ladies were absolutely so rude. I was upset because i asked the girl 3 times please DO NOT cut them short but she made them so short that my toe nails were red and hurting. i left with my toe nails looking horrible like little dots on my fingers horrible horrible.

1 /5 Fatima Hemmat: I would give them ZERO if I could - my nails were poorly done and not good customer service. They were rushed to doing my nails after 2 hours of waiting. Attached these 3 photos look at the thickness and the shape she did :( Sooo upset and that cost $105. (Very disappointed and not recommend it at all.)
