Marine ¨P I’ve been coming here regularly and overall, it’s a great spot - reliable, efficient, and they always manage to fit me in, even last minute, which I really appreciate. They’re open to different design ideas and do a really great job with shaping and refills. My BIAB nails have stayed strong and healthy since I started. That said, it’s not a spa-like experience. The atmosphere can be a bit rushed, and while it’s completely fine that the staff speak in their own language, there are moments where it feels like they might be talking about you, which can be uncomfortable. The level of nail art skill really depends on who you get - some a great and some less so will take longer. So if you want a specific design, definitely ask ahead and make sure they’re comfortable with it. If you’re after great value, efficient service, and strong nails without the frills, this place is absolutely perfect. I keep going back.

Jessica Blennerhassett I rarely get my nails done, and so was excited to have colour french tips done (and it not be priced as nail art). The result is beautiful, simple, and exactly what I wanted. The service too is fast and personable. Would highly recommend!

Mak P This was my first time here and I usually feel awkward as a man going and getting waxing done. However, everyone here was very professional and Chan was fantastic, I’ve never had someone take so much care to make sure it was done well, and the price is very reasonable too, I left very happy. Will definitely come back!

Jessica Glynn I’ve been to this salon twice now and each time I have been quite impressed. The nail techs are able to do any nail design you show them, even if they are not satisfied with it the first time, they will redo it to their and your liking. I had two techs working on my nails on Boxing Day, and I really liked the young tech’s filing and shaping. She made my nails very square, and sharp on the edges. The other tech did a great job with the painting, designs and drilling, however I would recommend the young nail tech if she works regularly (I have not seen her since Boxing Day, so I hope to book with her again sometime). Tons of parking in front of the salon. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the area, especially if you like trendy nail designs.

Megan Simpson I’ve been coming to Gigi since I moved out to Melbourne for my brows and lashes. I honestly won’t trust anyone else to do them, even when I’m unsure of what style I like she always talks me through and I end up leaving with the perfect brows and lashes. If you ever need anyone for brows and lashes, I’d recommend coming to Gigi x

Sherry Sin Connie is very professional and treat all her customers as friends and family. She’s been looking after my sensitive skin for years. I won’t go anywhere else without her top notch plant-based products. They are so gentle and clean which I never experience from other big brand products. I definitely recommend that. Jasmine Felman I have been to many waxing and beauty salons in the past, and Carly is BY FAR the best of the best. Her kindness, genuine warmth, METICULOUS attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care for her clients is absolutely unmatched and cannot be found anywhere else. I know for many of us waxing can seem really daunting and painful, making it something we dread when the time comes. But Carly is very speedy and always empathetic to any sensitivity, making sure I am super comfortable at all times. Not to mention the laughs and great conversation that always brighten my day. Truly the best waxing in all of Melbourne!

Simantaa Gurung Have been to multiple nail salons but winter nail salon is by far one of my favourite. Attention to detail. I just had to show the picture just once and it came out exactly how I wanted. Thank you to the wonderful staff. Highly recommended and will visit more in future ❤️
