2 /5 Chloe Pudsey: I got my nails done here once before and had a sns French tip. The man who did my nails put in a lot of effort but after being rushed to do someone else he messed up at the end and told me I was done and I had to get my mum to ask the manager to fix it. I have level 2 autism that comes with a severe anxiety disorder and when the nail techs seem rushed and annoyed I will automatically submit and say it’s fine when it’s not. I came back with high hopes as my last manicure was decent but this time I was sorely disappointed. The lady who did my nails rushed. She got the gel on my skin that burned. And she didn’t understand me at all. She asked what colour and I said pink three times. She made me feel like I was a pain in her ass for getting my nails done. She filed them terribly, my thumb is the most noticeable. And as someone with severe anxiety and felt as though I was being rushed and ruining this persons day I went into panic mode and just nodded to everything she said. When they said the price my jaw fell to the floor! But again anxiety I just paid and left. Trying to convince myself nothing was wrong until my sister pointed out the obvious. I was scammed! All I got was a cat eye gel on natural nails. And they charged me $75. I would be less mad if it was a decent job but it’s not. It could be worse I know but for that amount of money these days and for some gel!? She didn’t even make it a cat eye it’s just metallic shimmer. Not to mention she failed to apply it right it’s got holes at the end where the brush didn’t go over the end of my nail. I am very upset. Never coming back…and I’m sure this place has some great nail techs but I’m sorry. This ruined it for me… Update: three days later it’s chipped on my thumb were she failed to paint the end right and is peeling off

5 /5 ALANA: Absolutely love this place. Today I had Henry (my regular nail technician) do my refills, giving my nails a new shape with shellac and helping me choose a colour as I wanted something different from my go-to colours and Lee who did my pedicure, best pedicure Ive had from there. Both Henry and Lee were great at communicating and gave me the result I was looking for. This has been my regular for almost 2 years now, and I wouldnt go anywhere else! I love the fact that they both spoke English throughout my entire visit (unlike some other nail places Ive been too, where I have found it somewhat uncomfortable) I highly recommend this place!!!
