1 /5 Danielle Roman: I had a really disappointing experience at this nail bar. When removing my old acrylics, the technician tried to lift them off using a false nail instead of acetone, which was incredibly painful. After I spoke up and explained that it was hurting, they finally used acetone, but it shouldn’t have taken me asking for it.
The filing process was way too rough, and it actually felt like my nails were burning. Concerned about the glue used for acrylic tips (which is what I usually get), I opted for SNS instead, hoping for a better outcome. Unfortunately, the result was far from what I expected.
I chose a lilac color, but it wasn’t applied properly—it doesn’t fully cover my nails, leaving parts of them exposed, which makes them look unfinished. On top of that, the SNS is so thick that it just looks bulky and unprofessional. Overall, this was not worth the time or money, and I won’t be returning.
