Chelsea D ❤️BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!!❤️ I have tried countless nail salons (mostly in the CBD) and Anna is by far the best. Nails: Not too thick, always straight, Anna doesnt over shave your real nails but most importantly, she is consistent. Although the salon was very busy, I didnt feel rushed. Anna took her time and did a fantastic job. Studio 15 is far from where I live but definitely worth the travel

Janna Bennett Lucy is a gem! Ive gone to The Glow Factory for various treatments (needling, peels, lash lift/tints) and Im sure many more to come. I find Lucy to always be present with me during a treatment and authentic in her approach. Lucy is very knowledgeable and open with the many questions I pick her brain with. I always feel great when I leave and it feels more like visiting a friend rather than paying for a service.

Andrew Daniell Sam is just the best. So professional, knowledgeable and fun. Her injectable technical skills, both Botox and Fillers, are amazing and she gives honest and appropriate dosages and genuinely cares about her clients. Sam’s skills are so wide and she gives clear and concise advice and great follow up care. The results are outstanding, by far the best, without charging an exorbitant amount. I’ve recommended several friends to Sam and they wouldn’t see anyone else now. The best part, she’s such a good laugh and we love seeing her. It also helps that she looks incredible too!
