1 /5 Ell Gan: Do not recommend. Got a plain colour with no tips SNS. Regularly I pay $45-$50 at multiple salons and here I got charged $65. Normally I’m okay with different salons charging different prices BUT my nails were all chipped walking out, un-even and not to the cuticle line. 4 days in, 2 of my nails had split because they were so thin (not enough layers were done of the SNS powder). Won’t be going back again.

1 /5 Tash: Dont waste your time or money! The service was slow (50mins), and the quality was not up to any standard worth $35. I acknowledge they reduced the payment by $5 as there 1 nail the didnt have the shiny finish and there was polish on my skin at the time of paying. But after leaving to my car (1 minute away) and with multiple nails having the polish come off. I returned back to store to be told they don’t do refunds. They offered to do a touch up, but could not understand I didnt have the time due to other commitments and a refund/compensation is required as I need to find another salon in the morning to redo them and pay again. They continued to refuse any further compensation. Such a waste of time and money and now need to find another service provider elsewhere and pay additional money for the quality that should of been received today.

1 /5 Taylor Stubbs: i wish i could give 0 stars, came in yesterday they made me leave before my nails had dried and there is the hair and chunks of dust inside the polish and she wouldn’t listen when i said if she could please get the hairs out, it has air bubbles, she cut my fingers and my toes with her tools it was the worst nail experience i’ve ever had and for it too cost 150 dollars, when she took me too check out i couldn’t believe the price. the customer service is horrible i will tell everyone i know not too come here. absolutely a joke and outraged. they are not shaped well and are very thick and when i tried too say what i wanted no one listened. they also say too give 5 stars for 5dollars off too boost ratings when we all know those 5 stars are faked.
