Invictus Mixed Martial Arts - VIC

Aber El-Sayed I have 4 kids that have been training at Invictus for a couple of years now, and the experience has been exceptional. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their Muay Thai boxing skills and join a welcoming and professional community. The coaches at Invictus are highly knowledgeable, super professional and are very passionate and patient! The environment is incredibly supportive and inclusive. While the training is intense it is also fun and enjoyable for the kids. The atmosphere is focused and respectful. The class structure is well-designed, blending intense conditioning with technical skill work and fun! This establishment offers incredible value. The professional coaches are supportive and the facilities make it a five-star experience. If you are serious about training in a supportive and professional environment, this is the place for you!

Ares Strength Tullamarine - VIC

Martin Friedrich Ares Strength Tullamarine Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturdays as well I have happily driven out from Brighton to take my super keen son to train with Kris. To do this we have had to get up at 5:30am. (40 minute drive each way) The only problem being I have had to get him to school by 8:30am and he has sometimes been late. Therefore, I have tried 3 other gyms closer by with one being an easy ride from our house. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we have just kept on coming back to Kris…………. We simply can’t find a gym that comes close to what Kris offers. From the first day we walked in my boy found the exact inspiration he had been looking for with strength and conditioning that a serious cross country and track athlete needed. Thanks to Kris’s training, his strength, endurance and above all mindset quickly improved and so did his race positions. His running coach made it clear that Ares was the number one place to go and we certainly agree!!!!

Chloe T I’ve been training with Mya from Anytime Fitness Woodlea for a few months now, and she’s been absolutely amazing. She structures each session thoughtfully, tailoring workouts to my goals while keeping them fun and motivating. Mya has a great balance of professionalism and personal connection, she pushes you to do your best but also makes every session enjoyable and encouraging. It never feels transactional; instead, she genuinely cares about her clients’ progress and well-being. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Jane Kavanagh-Ford Today I attended Janine’s Aqua Magnesium Wellness Experience. Just bliss. Janine greeted each participant and immediately set up their Aqua bike for their body, leg length, arm length. We were instructed on managing ourselves in the water, with a friendly smile. The first part of the morning was using a noodle and discovering that our bodies moved in all sorts of directions at once while trying to maintain posture. Straight back, ladies! Then came the biking. Clear instructions for hand positioning. Quite an intense workout. Especially with a straight back. Then came the floating part with an eye mask. Eyes closed. Gently bumping into things. And great music. Then change back into clothes to immerse our feet in a foot spa. Mmmmm. Lastly a beverage of choice and a sweet and a savoury and a fruity snack. Thank you Janine for being professional, friendly and having a glorious facility. Large windows. Great outlook. And so clean and neat. I would highly recommend and plan to do it again next year.

Healthy Vibes Fitness Hub - VIC

Jasmine Fung I started going to Healthy Vibes 6 weeks postpartum, and have lost approximately 10kg in 2 months time. Anthony is very knowledgeable and understands the do’s and don’ts for Diastasis recti. It was not easy at the start but Anthony encourages and challenges you best way possible. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. You feel absolutely comfortable and can workout at your own pace. I am so glad I joined Healthy Vibes as part of my postpartum recovery journey. I’m feeling stronger physically and mentally each day, and have never liked working out so much!
