Natalie Pinzone I recently started attending classes at Unity Pilates and not only am I already feeling the difference but I have enjoyed it too! Elisa is a wonderful instructor. She is welcoming and the small classes allow her to give us all so much time and attention. Elisa has been amazing at helping me treat an injury and is so knowledgeable, always explaining the benefit of each exercise. I highly recommend Elisa and Unity Pilates.

I’ve been working out for decades and have learnt that as we change through life our workouts need to as well to stay vibrant and energetic. Jonathan and the team are passionate about this and work with you to meet your personal goals from doing triathlons, hiking Patagonia, to just wanting to feeling good. They have created the most inclusive community and you definitely are more than a gym number. A gem of a gym, come and try it out!

Strong Women Can - VIC

Deirdre McIntyre Very inclusive gym that focuses on all aspects of womens health. Importantly there is a focus on functional movement and working out with weights. I took a small group Foundational Movement program and found it to be expertly designed and run. I really liked the camaraderie and encouragement. Im a certain age and need the weights, and the focus on form as I have the litany: bad knees, shoulders, recurring plantar fasciitis. My aim was to not sustain injury and to get back into exercise so I can live and age better. The focus on correct form and alternate ways of doing an activity has allowed me to accomplish this. Strongly recommend this gym!

Health Point Physiotherapy - VIC

Karen Heffes Health Point Physiotherapy is an excellent Pilates Studio. The Physiotherapists are extremely good at training you how to do the exercises. They constantly supervise you and help you to do the exercises correctly so that you get the most benefit. They are patient and above all encouraging. I started with a sore shoulder and sore knees and now the sore ness in the shoulder has gone and my knees are much better. Also I am considerably stronger than when I started. I would highly recommend this Pilates studio.
