Lachlan Dent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love this place! I first came to Glowfit for red light therapy and was blown away by how much I enjoyed it, I ended up signing up for a membership that same day. Lana and George are all so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can really tell they care about you, your experience and wellbeing. Every visit feels like a warm, positive environment where I can focus on myself and my health goals. What I love most is the flexibility of the services available. Being able to mix and match between red light, infrared saunas, body roll massages, fitness (like treadmills and bikes) and more has allowed me to build routines that truly works for my body. I’ve noticed real, lasting changes and feel so much better for it. Staff have always been polite, informative on the equipment and upfront about how the services work. I’ve always found communication here to be accomodating, respectful and professional. For anyone considering Glowfit give it a go! I’ve felt supported, cared for and seen real benefits. Skin is glowing, waist is slimming, I couldn’t recommend here more highly!

Sam Buckler Outstanding gym, positive and friendly staff with large variety of machines, benches cardio equipment, weights and a spacious upstairs functional area. Change rooms are also great, comes with a few showers and many lockers. A relatively small price point for a large and well managed gym. 5 stars.

Adrian Epstein My local gym, awesome people who work here, always willing to help and offer support. The facilities are great and even when busy, you always are able to adjust your routine and make it work. Parking can be a problem during peak times but honestly, it shows how good the place is, you can park a little further out and have a pre-workout jog before you get in the gym or go for a swim.

Chloe Jeffers If you’re looking for the perfect gym that not only motivates you to improve, pushes you to achieve, but is also warm and welcoming, this is the place for you. I’ve been training here for a number of years, and it’s always a joy to walk in and be greeted by the team - while training hard.

Loco 127 10/10 especially with the new remodel- been going for a while and it’s always been welcoming and clean etc. Damian is a legend too. Would highly recommend as it doesn’t get much better

Lauren and her team are exceptionally knowledgable and are passionate about improving their clients health. Its a beautiful studio, equipped with the latest equipment.
