Alice Coutts I absolutely love the mums and bubs workouts at this gym! The trainers are so supportive and understanding of life with a baby, and the sessions are a great mix of fitness and fun. It feels amazing to move my body while still being able to keep my little one close. Such a welcoming and encouraging environment—I always leave feeling stronger and happier!

daniel schorer Peter is extremely dedicated and genuinely passionate about what he does. His knowledge in training and injury rehab is next level. Even in busy classes he always makes time for you and tailors every session to your level and any nagging injuries. Working in construction, my shoulder and back were constantly sore — not anymore. I dropped 6kg in the first 6 weeks and feel stronger than I ever have before. Great vibe, great people, no egos. Highly recommend.

Beryl Lush Sean provides Dave with excellent care in regards to his physical ability. He is patient and encouraging and has developed an exercise routine that assists Dave with his general movementl. His communication is excellent. He is a great asset to the business.

Mark Brownley Matt leads and awesome team. Ive also trained with Darcy and Tahlia. 5-stars across the board. You can tell a lot by the presentation and layout and Evolve has got all that covered. Oozes professionalism. The workouts are challenging (love the variety and evolution in the programs) and always well structured and goal-oriented. Tell them what you want to achieve and they go about sorting it for you. Love this place because of the people behind it.

Jill Midlovets Studio Paradise in Dromana is a beautiful yoga studio. The teachers are always kind, supportive and super friendly. Their knowledge of yoga is amazing. I can’t recommend Studio Paradise enough, I have been practicing yoga for many years and have been blessed to practice all over Australia and the world. Sam is the best and knows us all by name too :) They held their first Somatic dance event last Saturday, in line with the full moon, it was magical xx

Jessica Edwards ET Fitness has changed my life. I have been working with the team at ET for 12 months and the improvements I have experienced across all aspects of my life are incredible. I joined hoping to ‘get a bit fitter’ and maybe lose a kilo or two. I have smashed those goals and am now on a path to lifelong health and fitness with the expert, personalised and super supportive approach used by ET. I have learned so much about exercise and nutrition through the process, but most importantly for me the positive change to my mental health and mindset has had the most profound effect on my day to day life and something I am so grateful for. As a busy working Mum in my early 40’s I am so so so glad I have ET Fitness as part of my village. I am so excited for my next 12 months on the team.
