2 /5 Fiona Monch: Really kind staff, however overpriced for what you get. Acrylic nail removal was $25 - I’ve gone to places that charge $15 and are faster and gentler. I was left with a some obvious scratch filing marks on my nails and they didn’t shape it well.

1 /5 Tehya Jacob: Went in wanting chrome nails, They didn’t even know how to do the colour. and what was supposed to be a 45 min nail session turned into 2 hours. They also served people who walked in after me first and I was stuck waiting. When I asked for some service they just looked at me and ignored me. Very rude people who work there and disappointing results.

I have tried all over the CBD and Elwood/St Kilda area when I used to live there and this place trumps all over them and so much better value! So happy I’ve found this place. The girls are very polite and friendly too. Highly recommend

1 /5 Benita Conway: I went here a while ago to get my nails done and it didn’t go well. But the other day I needed my waxing done (lip and brows) I was there so I thought I’d give them another go. What a disaster! First she spilt wax in my hair. (Long hair) When she was trying to get it out she was using that chemical they use to get it off. When she was finished with me I got up to have a look in the mirror and she said, “oh, do you want to look?” (Well, yes I am paying I thought.) I just had a quick look because I wanted to get out of there. When we left I was pulling wax out of my hair all day. (Till I got the opportunity to wash it.) I just had a proper look at my brows and you can’t even tell they were waxed to begin with! So, I just spent half an hour plucking them to make them look half decent. And I was charged full price! I guess I had to pay for all the extra wax that was in my hair?!?

2 /5 Anne Szadura: They do good manicure and pedicures and the place is clean, but the customer service is very poor. The staff attitude ranges from totally disinterested to downright rude (particularly the young staff member). It is appalling how they speak to old ladies. I have also been a regular customer for many years (the previous owners were great) and am sad to have to look elsewhere, but I am tired of the poor attitude. Smarten up Queenie Nails staff - your customers are your livelihood so I suggest you start being nice to them. A few smiles wouldnt go astray either.
