ELEV8 Mixed Martial Arts - VIC

Sarah M Couldnt recommend Elev8 MMA any higher. Unfortunately, as a female I was initially very nervous to start BJJ classes... not only did they offer an all females class, but Dan and the girls were so welcoming and encouraging making the first few classes (still daunting) but exciting. The facility is clean, respectful and the classes are great. The girls training at this gym are amazing, so if you are looking at this review as a female also daunted by starting, try it out and keep going because it is definitely worth it :) Thanks Dan and Nicole.

Iron Kingdom Preston - VIC

James Dimovski I was wary after reading all of the negative reviews, but decided to give it a try. After being a member for a few months now, its easily one of the best gyms Ive been to, and Ive been to many. Great equipment, plenty of space, everyone is respectful, good vibe and the staff are really welcoming. I havent experienced the negatives in the other reviews Ive seen, and the rules of the gym are clearly communicated upon sign up, stated in the contract and are posted around the gym as a reminder. I think this actually helps to keep the gym clean and respectful. Highly recommended.

The Rumble Room - VIC

Natashka Miernik I recently moved into the area and was looking for a gym and personal training post injury. I hit the jackpot with The Rumble Room. The gym is well equipped with new and (very clean) free weights and machines. Ads runs the place with a high level of professionalism and expertise. He knows everyone on a personal basis and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his clients. The sense of community and support in the gym is really positive, making it a welcoming place to train. I cannot recommend this gym enough.

Chickick Fitness Pty Ltd - VIC

Elizabeth Jacob Love coming to this gym for a variety of workouts. I cant say I love exercising but the workouts planned by Troy keep it engaging and motivating. He is a great coach/instructor as well and the others attending create a great/encouraging place to exercise.

All Nations Park Outdoor Gym - VIC

kareem khattab It is nice outdoor gym, it is really good and full. This is located in the park, you can enjoy a nice walk in the park and train there. It is never crowded, it has a lot of equipment and well maintained.

Milad Dagher I first became a member in 2008 and have loved the training experience. Graeme, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. The staff are welcoming, members are friendly, and the gym is always organised in relation to weights being put away.

Optimum Nutrition & Training - VIC

Sharon Lettey Kole & Michael are both great trainers, super motivating and push you to do more (and thats what I want). Its a great vibe too (well, the music is sometimes questionable but Im a middle age woman) I only started a few weeks ago but by the end of my first week I felt like part of the community! Maeve is super helpful with nutrition. Michael is happy to share his wealth of knowledge with you. Dont hesitate, if its real training/results you want give this place a go.
