1 /5 Brittany Myatt: WARNING DO NOT GET WAXING DONE HERE ! No technique at all for application of wax in sensitive areas ! During the wax I repeatedly told her to be gentle and she laughed and smiled and said okay but no difference. I walk out bleeding and with marks and burns and have had swollen lymph nodes that needed to be treated with antibiotics. I have reported this salon also

5 /5 Judith Kocsi: Walked into salon and was greeted beautifully. Was then taken thru and made to feel really relaxed and comfortable. Therapist was very gentle the entire time applying eyelash extensions. Left salon feeling amazing and beautiful looking eyes as if I’m wearing a full face of makeup. Thank you xx

1 /5 Jay Cee: First and only visit. Pros: most of the hairs are out of my legs and underarms. Cons: before the first lot of wax went on, she told me my skin was sensitive and this was going to hurt. This lady had never met me before, how would she even know that? I quickly realised it because her technique sucked. Used the same stick for the whole two legs, and one more for the underarms, not hygienic for anyone else who came after. Random hairdresser spray bottle with "After Wax" handwritten on it. No idea what that actually is, or what ingredients were in it. She also didnt actually spray my underarms before saying she had finished, so probably a bonus? Theyre probably way better at the threading part of the business, but I wont be coming back to find out.

1 /5 Megan D: BROW LAMINATION & LASH TINT. *EDIT 90% of my brows fell out, my skin peeled off & I have had to have them tattooed once the chemical burn healed. Owner was responsive to emails and helpful somewhat. Still of pocket for hundreds in order to rectify but appreciated the refund. Do not trust them!! My hairs are FALLING OUT and I have nearly no brows left. Was also overcharged as they charged full price in store then still deducted deposit. Specifically insisted I did NOT want pushed up, large fluffy brows and explained in detail that I only wanted a subtle lift that was brushed up through the front and followed the natural direction of my brows the full rest of the brow. Because I was having lash lift at the same time I was unable to open my eyes to see what they looked like - I heard the timer go off and it took a while before the perming solution was then removed as therapist had begun a lip + brow wax on another client and left me sitting there. The solution over-developed and ruined the integrity of my hairs - as you can see in photos the hairs are “melted” and squiggly through the ends and brushed up at a very painful angle. I left an initial review as prompted by the business to no response or empathy at all. Getting a service like is something I never do as it is a luxury expense these days and as a beauty therapist myself I usually just do it on myself however I wanted the treat of closing my eyes and having someone else take care of it. NEVER AGAIN.
