Monica M After trying different local gyms and fitness studios, I can definitely say that Fitstop is one of the best in the area. It’s a very welcoming gym with very friendly and encouraging trainers and members, which is really motivating and comforting for newbies. The trainers are so attentive and really helpful with technique and adjustments to suit my fitness level and are always super supportive to my individual needs. The classes are really well structured and easy to follow which is reassuring for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of gym experience. Terri and Heath have created a really positive and fun environment and Fitstop is now my preference over my other fitness classes. I’d highly recommend to others looking at joining.

Luke Bj S Really well equipped facilities. Great atmosphere with friendly staff and members. I go most days on my way home from work, train at the "peak" time for gyms and have no issues getting equipment i need. Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Joy Mark is organised, friendly, and experienced, and always keeps me on track. His private home gym is separate from the house, professional, and well equipped. What I love most is being able to book sessions online — as a busy mum, it’s so handy to check his availability and slot in an extra workout when I get a spare day, on top of my regular sessions. Highly recommend!

Dan Nice and luxury , very clean with all facilities and good quality coffee , the only thing needs to improve is the parking on gravel which is very messy on a wet day , Im sure they will fix it soon .

bob jeffery The yard gym is an amazing place if your just starting to train or wanting to become an athlete they are there too train you and push you through your limits which I love! The environment they surround you with is awesome too everything so happy to be there and want you too give it your all love the yard gym

Rachel Keily Crossfit Dexterity is amazing. Trish and Uwe are fantastic, knowledgeable, approachable coaches and wonderful people. I am only in my fourth week of membership however, Ive been weight training in gyms for over 8 years - and have also worked in them as Instructor, PT and Manager and I can tell you that the support, motivation and care youll receive at Dexterity will heavily outweigh what youre getting in any gym! You are known by name and welcomed with a smile. Sessions are small, super fun and there is plenty of room. I love the variety of people and ages. Id happily recommend Dexterity to anyone!

Timmy and the other trainers are motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging, they have me hitting my goals daily! they make it an Environment you want to be in and do your best in! The facilities are amazing from Strength classes to reform Pilates and even boxing they have something for everyone!
