1 /5 fatih turgut: I got a pedicure (+gel) and was supposed to get acrylics done, but both went wrong. I’ve been here three times before and it’s been amazing but this time was the complete opposite. With the acrylics, the girl said it’s an extra $100 to retain the nail extensions, and an extra $200 if I wanted the longer nail extensions, after she cut the shape I already wanted. I opted out of getting it done (before acrylic or paint) and had to have them removed because these prices were outrageous. The pedicure was supposed to be gel and square shape, but the lady chopped to much of my toenails that she couldn’t give me the shape I wanted. Also I had three toes bleeding and sore, and she also didn’t not use gel. I told both girls about this and they said they can get $10 off my $41 purchase, so charging me $31. I didn’t want to complain and wanted it over with, so I paid that amount. When I got my bank statement, it said I had been charged $41 which the full price - so they basically lied to me. I’m so disappointed that Richmond Nail & Lash Bar has gone down hill, they used to be so much better. :(

5 /5 Juy Capp: Very pleased with the service I received from this salon. I was served by the lovely Anna, she was professional and friendly and she ensured I was happy with my nails after I had explained to her the nails I last had wasn’t done well. She even managed to get my nails completed in time before I had to go to work. I would highly recommend this place as Anna and the girls seem lovely and the shop is well kept.

1 /5 Lauren: I never leave reviews but this was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The nail technician Jenny was extremely rough, she cut me multiple times on multiple fingers with the nail file despite me continuing to tell her what she was doing was painful and having obvious bleeding on my fingers from the cuts. Each time I was bleeding she just continued without cleaning up the blood. Aside from the multiple cuts, the nail job was also awful! I had SNS with extensions and left with the sns powder all around the skin on my fingers and there was a big lump of glue under one nail. I ended up having to go to another salon on the way home to get them removed they were so bad. Will not be coming back and would never recommend to anyone I know.
