Charlotte White I came in yesterday for a half head with Paige and honestly had the best experience in a salon I’ve her had. I was warmly greeted by all the working staff that day and the same level of respect throughout the whole time I was there. The salon was extremely neat and well thought out in every detail for the design of the place. As I got towards the end of my appointment Paige and myself couldn’t contain our excitement of the amazing results we achieved and ended up doing funny little celebration dances, My hair is in just as good condition as I walked in only now I’m a fresh blondie! Can’t wait to come back again!!! P.s the cookies they give you with your coffee are to die for

Bec Loy I love this place. Ive been coming to see Mel from Hair Etiquette salon for over 3 years now and it was one of the best decisions that I ever made. Aside from being an amazing hairdresser, the salon is absolutely gorgeous, the people are all lovely and willing to listen to you and give you exactly what it is that youre requesting (within reason) and youll never walk out of the salon thinking that your hair looks awful. As someone with notoriously difficult hair for someone with straight hair, Mel and the Hair etiquette team have been absolutely wonderful in finding new ways and new products for my hair without causing it any additional damage. Cannot recommend this place enough 10 out of 10!

Shivi Sinha I did not know it exsisted. It was my first visit, Shar did my hair cut and I must say she was really nice. She kept checking with me if I was okay with the hair length and style. I was impressed with the customer service. Would definitely recommend it.

Julie Condran I would like to highly recommend Your Pharmacy and all the staff who work there, especially Linda. Finding Linda to look after my brothers (complicated) blister packs was a Godsend. Because of constant changes in dosages for Warfrin, she took it all in her stride to make sure that his packs were altered accordingly. Linda was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, which, in turn, made our lives stress free. Your Pharmacy staff at Chelsea Heights were very approachable, professional and caring. So thank you to Linda and all the other staff members for their support with my brothers medical needs over the past 5 years, you were wonderful! Regards Julie

Jaya Pearce I have seen many nail salons, had many sets done and had had both positive and negative results. But through pure honest reflection, I quite favor this place. Windy was my nail technician. She was so gentle, so considerate, so thorough. When they switched technicians, I was admiring how close knit their teamwork is. Turns out she doesn’t do acrylic but i’m so glad she did an amazing job. Truthfully you can’t always expect places to be gentle a bit of pain is expected. But these ladies are considerate to not be too harsh. They were engaging with me, they gave me the privacy that I needed, I can’t understand why people treat others so badly. Not once have I had any issues with these lovely women.

sophia Literally the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. They bled my finger multiple times and did not care at all. I asked for marble but they said they couldnt so I said ombre and they literally said $70. The quality was horrible and she missed half of two of my nails. She didnt seem to know what she was doing. Took 2 hours for nails that werent even worth the time or money. She made some of them crooked and damaged my nails very greatly which will take months for them to go back to normal. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Cathy I had an amazing experience getting an SNS manicure and pedicure from Han and Anna yesterday! They were both so meticulous and professional, making sure every detail was perfect. Han went above and beyond—when I passed by the salon after my massage, she actually returned $15 that I had accidentally overpaid. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare and truly appreciated! Highly recommend their services!

Rhiannan Johnson I came in to have my hair done for the first time ever and Cleo was amazing. My hair turned out perfect and bright and blonde with no damage in one session. Loved my hair and time in the salon
