3 /5 Y: i asked thelady to please make the surface of my manicure more even... but she painfully and roughly buffed my nails with a tight grip on my fingers to the point where i was sweating from the pain even when i asked her to please be more gentle twice. in the end i wasnt satisfied with the appearance but i didnt want to go through more pain. the other lady also made me wait several moments during my appointment manicure as she had other duties to attend to... and she had charged me way too much for my consideration. i wish it was a better experience.
