Michelle House I first heard about Vanessa at The Wax Spot when I was eavesdropping on a conversation at a local cafe. And Im so glad I did! After over plucking for years and then two rounds of feather touch that on my skin turned pinkish - I finally feel like I have nice, full and even brows. Vanessa is super friendly, always on time, honest and brilliant at what she does. Love her work!

Sab After a disappointing experience at my usual salon that left my nails badly damaged, I was hesitant to try somewhere new. But I’m so glad I did! It was such a refreshing change to receive thoughtful care from not only the technician who did my nails but the entire team at JGs Nail Spa & Beauty. Although I didn’t catch her name, the technician gave me exactly what I asked for (very short and natural looking shellac), and I’m thrilled with the results—my nails look and feel so much better, which I honestly didn’t think was possible. Thank you!!! Unfortunately, I can’t make this my regular spot since I’m not based in Melbourne, but I’ll definitely be back on my next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional and genuinely caring manicure experience!

My wife has over 30 years experience in the industry, working for professional salons in the city like Edward Beale, Weizelman, Tony and Guy and the television and fashion/modelling industry. She walked out God smacked in receiving a professional and personal service. With eye to detail workmanship. Throughout the experience, with her nerves going through the roof, she was treated with the utmost respect, in the most delicate situation. Laura Sedgwick Emily is a skin angel! She has such amazing knowledge and uses very gentle products for my super fussy sensitive skin. Her facials are the most relaxing.
