My anxiety fixation is nail picking & biting - I was so scared my first appointment with Nicole because my nails were practically stubs, but I didn’t need to worry because it was the most amazing appointment, no judgement or criticism about my nails, she listened to everything I said and I left feeling great for the first time in so long.
