We were referred here by some friends and now after having 2 of our sons have their braces fitted here, we can only say great things. Kip, Franca and the whole team have made this such a seamless journey. Customer service right across the board has been fabulous. Thank you EVERYONE! Thank you for your updates, your hints for the boys to brush better, for the endless appointments, for the patience you show, for the beautiful smiles our young men have. Thank you :) so happy. The money was definitely worth all the effort. Just sad that we wont need to see you all anymore. Keep up the amazing work that you ALL do. :)

2 /5 richin mathew: Staff is great overall and helpful but I would not go there again. I was there for my daughters checkup and I was recommended to take out her two canines followed by braces. When I questioned, "arent canines important?" I was told that they are not and it is common to take out canines if they are growing in the wrong direction. I paid for a CBCT scan but was not given a copy until I insisted for it (I was discouraged saying that the scan image will not open on my personal laptop and that it requires a special software!). I took the CBCT scan and took a 2nd opinion at another orthodontics. At the other place, I was told there is absolutely no need for my daughter to lose her canines and that it can be corrected. My daughters treatment has been going great since then. My advice to anyone going to a orthodontics or into major dental surgeries is to do your own research and do not hesitate to get a 2nd opinion if you are in the slightest of doubts.

5 /5 Rob Taylor: I highly recommend this business. The reception staff are extremely welcoming on arrival. It is extremely clean and hygienic. The lady that took my CBCT image is also welcoming, as well as extremely professional in her actions and explanation of what to do and what the image is used for by my surgeon. Thank you to all the staff.

5 /5 Stacey Cattunar: Very happy with my treatment at SEO. The admin team and nurses are so lovely and Dr Kip is an excellent orthodontist. I am thrilled with my new smile achieved with Spark aligners. If you are like me and considering ortho treatment as an adult- just do it! You won’t regret it.
