5 /5 Katrina: I recently traveled from Brisbane to get porcelain veneers at The Dental Room, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! Dr. Shawn and Chloe were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The veneers look so natural and fit perfectly! The entire team is incredibly professional and caring. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to make the trip, and I highly recommend The Dental Room to anyone considering veneers. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, creating a calm and friendly atmosphere. The dentist was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to ensure my children felt safe and comfortable throughout the appointment. 5 /5 George Vtc: I am always apprehensive with visiting a new dentist and I must say from the first visit to now my third I was made to feel welcome, comfortable, and confident that I was in the right place. Jessica on reception recognised and welcomed me every time. Lovely nature and even better smile. Sean was totally personable and explained everything in detail prior, during and after all procedures. I was in for a crown and veneer on my front teeth. I have known through past procedures that my teeth are very hard to match in colour, but the in house ceramist Chloe did a fabulous job in matching both to my existing teeth. From the moment I walked through the door, Jess at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and instantly settled my nerves. I knew right then I was in good hands. Dr. Shawn was an absolute pro; he explained the whole process very clearly and made the procedure feel stress-free and seamless every step of the way. He without a doubt runs one of the best dental clinics in the world. Marci was also there checking in, keeping me comfortable, and answering my random questions every step of the way (and wiping my face when I was drooling from the anesthesia). And then there’s Chloe’s absolutely stunning work. Seeing her artistry up close was something else. She crafts and colors each veneer by hand with insane attention to detail. I’m completely in love with my new smile. It’s a total makeover, and I can’t stop grinning. This team is incredible, and I can’t thank them enough for making the journey so worthwhile!
