5 /5 Kewarra: I had my first appointment with Amy today and found her to be very flexible with me adding onto my appointment and changing my mind. She was friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love my gel nails and she did a great job of the waxing also. I will be back.

2 /5 Ko Ouk: In the business defense, there were two very happy regular clients before me. I stole a few glances and their nails looked great. In my defense I told her what I wanted and why. I told her that I don’t want my cuticles cut, pushed back is fine. She said she’s better than any other nails place I’ve been to but will do what I want. We chatted. Next thing, she already cut a few of my cuticles and I didn’t want to… confront so I let her. Less than 24 hours later my skin around my nails started peeling like usual after my cuticles are cut. I suffered the pain the next 10-12 days. Lucky I was away on a holiday that I didn’t need to get my fingers wet more than necessary. No pool. No ocean. No chores. So pain was bearable. The look of the manicure was mediocre. It looked messy even to untrained eyes of a person who gets their nails done every 2 years. The design was my request, personal reason. It’s hideous but it still should look clean. My advice is listen and act on clients request when they tell you not to do certain things. You might be the expert but we own those hands. We know our hands.
