Samantha Poole Rodney absolutely deserves a raise! His EXCEPTIONAL customer service was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. From the moment I reached out for assistance, Rodney guided me through every step of the process with patience, expertise, and unwavering support. Setting up my basin head seemed complicated at first, but he made it simple by ensuring I was doing everything correctly and offering detailed explanations along the way. Paula Speed I’m a novice at getting my nails done. I chose Jet Nails as they were listed as a recommended salon on the Bio Sculpture website. Barbara did a great job and was very sweet to me as a newbie to the salon and to fancy nails in general! I’m happy with the results and will be back. Thanks Barbara!

Maïa Bigot They are all so nice and Helen did an amazing job. At the very end I realized I wanted to change the color of the nail art on one nail. I was so embarrassed to asked but she said yes and did it so quickly! Highly recommend :)

Negar Asadzadeh All star is near to my place which is a bonus for me. I was there a couple of times for waxing which was a good experience. She was super fast at her job which I like it so much. This time I popped over for the sns and that was my first experience of Sns in all start, I can say I’m really satisfied with the result. Not only super fast at her job, but also so careful and paying attention to the shape of nails. They also offer a wide range of sns, shellac and nail polishes. The price is also reasonable. Thanks guys for ur great customer service. Keep it up.

Anna De Bortoli Reading through these reviews I feel like I got off easy but still would avoid going here. I have a wedding today and went in to get shellac done, I have been here before and they did a pretty good job from what I remember (not amazing but serviceable + shellac is pretty forgiving and I’m not super fussy about my nails) but when I went in today, my cuticles weren’t touched at all which made my already short nails look super stumpy. I had to point out to the tech portions of my nails which were missed entirely (the second photo shows a bit I didn’t notice either). She did break out the cuticle scissors after my nails were painted to remove a bit of skin on the side of a nail and I got to say it didn’t look like it had been properly sterilised. The tech was nice but her English wasn’t great and I didn’t want to make her feel bad and wasn’t sure if we would be able to reach a resolution if I did complain so I paid my $30 dollars and left because I have a wedding to get ready for. I’ll probably try to book in at my regular spot to get it fixed. If you have a chance to book a place ahead I wouldn’t go here. They seem to get a lot of walk-ins just based on location so I don’t feel to bad about the one star. I’m sure some techs are better than others and again my tech was nice, but probably needs more training.

K Visited for the first time recently after being unhappy with my previous colour and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. Felt very reassured after my chat with Anna, who listened and understood exactly what I was after and provided really great advice on treatment and products. The chairs are also actually comfortable at Hoopla which is an added bonus! Can’t wait to return and so glad I no longer have yellow hair! Thank you so much and looking forward to my next appt here. Best salon in Brunnie!
