Kate Shum Kim is absolutely fantastic. She is so kind, and very gentle. I got an excellent shellac mani, which looks immaculate. Kim is a perfectionist and her work is excellent. The hand massage at the end was heavenly.

Caroline Haggart Pamela has a beautiful treatment room with a garden outlook. She does the best eyelash and eyebrow tints, and Im a redhead so I would know! She is great a waxing and does a beautiful, relaxing but therapeutic massage. She has helped me greatly with my neck and lower back. Her facial technique and the products she uses and recommends give truly amazing results. Highly recommend.

Jenny Tran I’ve been to this nail salon before, but ever since the new owner took over, the service has improved a lot. The staff are more attentive, the atmosphere feels more welcoming, and the quality of work is amazing. My nails look perfect and the whole experience was super relaxing. Highly recommend giving them a try — you can really feel the difference!

Gigi Smith Wow! Could give zero stars if I could. Came here afternoon 13/4/24 for underarm wax. The service was so awful, the lady left chunks of wax under my arms and I asked if she could please remove the wax and she said and I quote “ have a shower when you get home” I told her it was bad service and then she handed me a tissue so I had to ask if she could position the mirror so I could see and take it off myself! I later discovered once home she had left hairs on as well. So disappointed, that was my first and last visit! Perhaps employ people who at least want to work there and also trained on how to do it and also give them a bit of customer service training. It wouldn’t hurt. Justine Woollard Jayne is an amazing hairdresser! I have very thick, coarse hair and not many people know how to cut it but she always makes it look and feel amazing. I recently got her to colour my hair also and am in love with the result - it looks exactly how I wanted whilst maintaining the health of my hair. I would definitely recommend Jayne to anyone looking for a new hairdresser!

Rochelle R Annalise is ridiculously good at what she does, I’ve had two appointments with her for piercings and both times have been so fast, perfect placement and absolutely no pain even through scar tissue. She’s so warm and welcoming and I love every time I come in. I have really bad experiences at other places but I’ll be booking exclusively here from now on everyone here is so friendly if I could give 6 stars I would!
