Brent Being someone who has tried them all, I can comfortably tell you and say that this place is special. The group classes are S&C based and suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. The utilisation of their 1 of a kind rigs is absolute genius. Outside of the group class setting this space also houses a very clean and well thought through commercial gym space with cutting edge machinery, pin loaded machines and free weights section. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE.

Cris Active Audiology I always considered myself reasonably fit because i was and still am quite active. My goals were just to keep going. After joining Absolute and working with the coaches who developed a tailored program specific to my needs, which changed based on what activity i was doing (skiing, motocross), they helped me improve my overall fitness and strength which enabled me to perform better. The coaches adapted my program to address injuries i sustained along the way which significantly accelerated my recovery the right way. The team at Absolute are professional coaches and great people. This is where you go to regain your fitness and confidence.

Duncan Suttil Top-Tier Gym with Incredible New Management! Goodlife Armidale just keeps getting better—especially with the new manager on board! Their leadership has brought fresh energy and a real sense of community to the gym. You can tell they genuinely care about the members, and it shows in everything from how clean and organised the space is to the way the staff go above and beyond to help. The gym itself has everything you need and just down stairs there is a awesome sauna steam room and 25m pool great for laps after a heavy gym session. There’s a great variety of classes to keep things interesting. Whether youre a beginner or experienced, theres something for everyone here. Massive credit to the new manager for creating such a positive, welcoming environment. It’s easily the best gym experience I’ve had—5 stars without hesitation!

The facility is spacious, equipped with modern equipment, and well-maintained. It is consistently kept clean, maintained at an appropriate temperature, and organized effectively. Notably, the gym excels in providing exemplary customer service, which enhances the overall experience for its members.

Callum Traynor great training team that seem to really care. I have been a member of Anytime gyms elsewhere and this is my fav! the gym floor is huge and there are enough squat racks to go round even at the busiest time!
