I cant recommend Wild Stride Fitness enough. The classes cover all areas of workouts that suit all bodies, age and abilities from beginners to all levels of fitness. Its inclusive of everyone, where you always feel welcome. What I love the most is being outdoors. Its beautiful to be apart of the rise of the day or the sinking sun of the evening. My favourite class is the running group. A fun, supportive and friendly group of people where its the perfect environment to find your inner strength and achievements. Greg implements a 10 week personal training program when building up for a running event that was integral to getting me over the line. Thank you Greg.
