Wombelano Falls - Kinglake West (VIC)

3 /5 Nilesh Gule: The viewing platform is far away from the waterfall. The walk from the car park to the platform can be tricky in some places. Personally I would prefer to get closer to the fall. The steep slope down the viewing platform is not safe. If you prefer nature walk and seeing the waterfall from a far off distance then it is fine, otherwise not really worth it. Also the last stretch of 2 KMs from the mIn road is very narrow and not well maintained.

4 /5 Nimesh Patel: A great spot for a bush walk! The return trip is about 1.5 km with a moderate incline—nothing too intense but enough to get your legs working. The trail is well-maintained and offers a peaceful nature experience. Perfect for a short adventure or to stretch your legs if you’re in the area.

4 /5 Amjad Ali: The viewing platform is located at a fair distance from the falls and the forest in front makes it hard for a great view. There is around 1.5 km return walk from the carpark to viewing platform. Parts of the track down to falls are poorly maintained and can be steep.

4 /5 Short Sidney (Sidney): 31/10/23 Beautiful overgrown walk, felt like we were in a forest creating our own adventure! The birds sounded beautiful and you could hear the waterfall and it really made us excited to see this beautiful view! We did do a bit more exploring which it was a bit wet and slippery with a little touch of leaches but TOTALLY WORTH IT! It was a great juxtaposition from the city ✨
