1 /5 Laura Mitchell: The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I am so disappointed with the service i received. I have never had to leave a negative review but this was such a terrible experience that I don’t want anyone else to experience this! I had booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, the second I walked through the door the staff were ice cold as if I was not supposed to be there. the lady who was performing my manicures was extremely rude and impatient, I felt so uncomfortable that I left after having my pedicure as I couldn’t stand to stay any longer, the staff were talking about me while looking over and smirking when I said I didn’t want my shellac manicure. I left the salon in tears at the way they had made me feel. I work in the service industry and I would never dream of treating a client the way I was treated. Please do better!

5 /5 Eleanor Soros: Excellent customer service, I visited wow nails recently, and I was truly impressed by everything. It was super clean and sanitary, the staff are such lovely people, they took care of me and my girlfriends perfectly. The nail technician who had me for the day was so incredibly meticulous and attentive, she ensured every nail was perfectly shaped, her attention to detail was incredible. It was such a happy day, i went with all my girlfriends, I cant tell you enough how happy we are with everything, we all came out stunning, feeling and looking better than we did when we came in! The atmosphere was so wonderful, i loved the calming music, it immediately set me at ease, it was so relaxing and nice i couldve fallen asleep right then and there. I opted for a mani/pedi, and goodness, i do not regret it! A bit pricey, but it was so worth it, that pedicure was the best! My nails look absolutely amazing, Ill definitely be back again and i can confidently say its one of the best nail salons ive been to in a long time!
